SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During periods of high demand, launches, promotions, or special events, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-12 business days
International: 7-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
• Customs clearance may cause delivery delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at mary@maryharcourt.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Customs delays
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist where possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Orders returned due to:
• Incorrect addresses
• Refused deliveries
• Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• Failure to claim the shipment
may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally or reasonably shipped to its destination.
